The long-term direction is a migration control plane for legacy C/C++ systems: local analysis, approved AI adapters, bounded context, campaign orchestration, verification gates, unsafe review, human approval, and audit-ready evidence.

RustLift is not an AI transpiler. It treats model output as an untrusted draft until compile checks, generated tests, differential evidence, unsafe tracking, and human review support the migration record.
